All Sales Are Final

Because each Resurrection Vintage Studio item is vintage, antique, second-hand, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and noted imperfections carefully before purchasing.

Vintage pieces naturally show signs of age, patina, and wear. These characteristics are part of their history and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email cheyenne@resurrectionvintagestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Eligible damage claims will be reviewed and refunded. Because each piece is unique, replacements are not available.

Please keep all original packaging, boxes, packing materials, and broken pieces until your claim has been resolved, as they may be needed for the carrier's claim process.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and tracking updates are managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the carrier will begin the investigation process.

Resurrection Vintage Studio is happy to help guide you through the process, but carrier claims and investigations are ultimately handled by the shipping provider.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 5–8 business days after payment is received. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take the full 8 business days.

Shipping

All orders ship via UPS Ground from North Texas.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. When multiple items are purchased, Shopify will combine the order to calculate the most accurate available shipping rate.

Resurrection Vintage Studio currently ships within the United States only.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in North Texas is available at checkout. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Please pick up your order within 3 days of receiving your pickup notification.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If an order is returned to Resurrection Vintage Studio because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label and any applicable return postage fees.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout and cannot be recovered or returned, Resurrection Vintage Studio cannot replace or refund the order.

2. Ordering

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your shipping address and contact information.

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

Resurrection Vintage Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Many products are vintage or one-of-a-kind. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout has been successfully completed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from North Texas. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and processing times are generally 5–8 business days unless otherwise noted.

Carrier transit times may vary.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Damages

All sales are final.

Returns and cancellations are not accepted. Eligible items that arrive damaged may qualify for a refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
